hi,i work in a hospital here in shanghai, and there are many poor children with conginitial heart disease(CHD) hospitalized here in hospital.
we get a lot of foerigners financially and physicailly helping the children ,which are really nice acts.

There is one chinese offical charity organisation that aims to help chilren with CHD that we work with, but their application process is taking so long and rarely approve cases. In order to cooperate with these kind of official "charity" organizations ,hospital itself are required to remit similar amount to the organization pays so that we are shown to be a part of this charity, regardsless the amount of the money and energy that the hospitals have already put into saving the lives of the patients!.

What kind of chaity is this?
