What are the pros and cons of encouraging corporations to set/adopt societal-level goals? If there is a virtue to adopting such goals, on what basis should corporations identify those that are appropriate and justify their choices? How should they relate these goals to their company-level CSR goals and policies? How should they report on them and measure their success against them?
