With the insights and experience of top
fundraising and nonprofit leaders, the
Fundraising Master Class has developed a fresh
new approach to the art of fundraising.
This Master Class offers students two solid levels of instruction. First, you’ll be trained in the best practices and core fundamentals of fundraising.
In addition – and what sets this program apart – is that you’ll learn how to build relationships that makes the experience fulfilling for both you and your philanthropic partners. Specifically, you’ll discover how to set the conditions to serve your organization’s mission with passion and confidence.

The Fundraising Master Class is intended for recent graduates from the nation’s top undergraduate and graduate universities.

Jennifer is a Henry Crown Fellow at the Aspen Institute and the co-founder of the Quincy Jones Musiq Consortium, an organization that unites leaders in the music industry, nonprofit organizations, corporations, foundations and philanthropists to make music an ongoing part of the lives of children.

Veteran fundraiser Jennifer McCrea
will lead the Fundraising Master Class. With more than 20 years experience, Jennifer has personally raised over $100 million and held key leadership positions at Case Western Reserve University and then at Washington University in St. Louis during their multi-billion dollar capital campaign. She was also Vice President for Development at Dickinson College.
Through her workshops and consulting, Jennifer has worked with executive directors, fundraisers and board members from a wide variety of global nonprofits,
will lead the Fundraising Master Class. 3-week intensive followed by three, 2-day trainings over the following year. This provides participants with a full year of training and support.
The Intensive is June 2011 on weekdays TBD from 9am-5pm with additional readings, assignments, and team projects in the evenings.
The curriculum has been developed by a team of nonprofit leaders and is built around a case study approach which includes real-life experiential learning.

The Fundraising Master Class
determines its student body via a competitive
admissions process consisting of:
1. Completed application with 2 recommendations
2. Initial interview in person or by phone
3. Final interview with Director, Jennifer McCrea
Applications are due March 15, 2011.
It is suggested to work on your application as
soon as possible to give sufficient time for the
needed recommendation letters.

$14,750 for a full year program, beginning with a 3-week intensive with 3 subsequent 2-day trainings over the next 12 months. All materials and books are included in this fee. Housing is available for an additional cost of $1,000.
